Since 1990, Victor Romero (age 21) adjusted claims and assisted fire victims. As he cared for hundreds of clients from Los Angeles to Fresno, he learned the fundamental needs of fire victims. This insight is what inspired Victor to open a construction company.

This philosophy, along with other principals like: offering customers the best possible service, quality and value are what have made CONSTRUCTION FIRST the company it is today ̶ a caring friend to fire victims.
